• Limitation of Liability Cap: To the extent permitted by law, total liability of Volaris and MediCrawl, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to direct damages not exceeding the total subscription value paid by the user in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Mutual Indemnification: Each party (MediCrawl and the user) shall indemnify and hold the other harmless from any third-party claims arising from its respective acts, omissions, or breaches of this Policy.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term under the same plan and pricing then in effect. Users may cancel automatic renewal at any time before the renewal date through their online account.
3. Cancellations and Refunds. Cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are provided only where required by applicable law or expressly offered under a promotional policy communicated in writing by MediCrawl.

Response times for non-English inquiries may vary depending on language-support availability and staff resources.
4. Enterprise Support. Enterprise clients may receive support, including onboarding sessions, virtual training workshops, and dedicated account-management channels, as specified in their MSA or service plan.
5. Response and Resolution Times. MediCrawl aims to acknowledge all support tickets within two business days and to resolve most issues within five business days. Complex technical matters may require longer timelines, which will be communicated to the user.
